Zumba is a latin based fitness dance class, which is high impact (as well as high fun!) and needs a really good sports bra. Given you shimmy from side to side, as well as jump up and down - you really do need to make sure your sports bra is man enough for the class! Colours are order of the day at Zumba, as are jingle bells, and tassles - and generally anything to get the party started! But as long as you have a really good sports bra the rest is less important. However, we love the Pure Lime dance wear featured in this section as it is made from a technical fabric. The dance trousers are made from a stretch material so you can shake your thang without losing your seam!
