Running is a great form of exercise - and whether you are new to it or a seasoned pro - you will be aware that its not a sport to embark upon without a supportive sports bra!  Trainers and a sports bra are the bare essentials for your running training.  And for every new pair of trainers - you really need 3 brand new sports bras!  If your sports bra starts chafing, or is not giving you enough support, it probably just needs replacing!

The best sports bras for running in are those that give you excellent support and designed for high impact.  The Shock Absorber RUN bra is always a good choice as it was designed specifically with runners needs in mind.  It has no seams inside, or on the band.  And it has been shown in research to significantly reduce breast motion.  If this is not available in your size we suggest the Enell or Lynx for fuller cups as both offer excellent support.

Unless you are an A/B cup we would not recommend running in just a crop top style sports bra as they do not offer as much support as a more structured sports bra.
