SHOCK ABSORBER PINK AEROBICS PRIZE DRAW

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participation signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the instructions to this promotion which form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Prize draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Purchase not necessary. To enter the prize draw, simply ensure that you submit a valid entry for the 2008 Shock Absorber Pink Aerobics before 31 July 2008. Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are not properly received due to communications or other problems, including any entries lost, delayed or damaged in transit or for any associated costs. Any entries received that are damaged or illegible in the Promoter’s discretion will not be included.
5. One Winner will win one Shock Absorber bra and outwear, together having a Recommended Retail Price of at least £100. The size, colour and style of the prize will be at the Promoter’s discretion. If the winner’s selected size is not available, the Promoter shall supply the nearest size that is available. Prizes are non transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
6. The Winner will be drawn at random from among all of the entrants who entered the 2008 Shock Absorber Pink Aerobics before 31 July 2008. The judge’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified promptly after the closing date 31 July 2008.
8. The Winner may be required to participate in publicity at the Promoter’s sole discretion, including the use of her name and geographic location. Entry into this Promotion signifies the Participant’s consent to such use.
