When are your phone lines open?
The phone lines are open Monday- Friday, 9am-5.30pm UK time. You may be lucky outside of these hours as we will always answer if someone is in the office.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. You can choose which features you would like your bra to have, be it underwired, racer back or front fastening. Select your size, colour and click on the “buy now” button to add to your shopping bag. If the button reads "order now" the item is currently out of stock and due in soon. If you prefer not to wait, try another colour which may be available sooner.
The item says "price from" but each time I select a size and colour it is more expensive - why?
The "price from" is the cheapest that item is and if there have been limited edition colours, these are often reduced when not all sizes are left available. If the limited edition colour is not listed in your size, it has already sold out and this is why the cheapest price may not be available - sorry. Expected dispatch times by brand for "order now" products are:
Anita, Pure Lime, Freya, Elomi, Sportjock, Panache are 5-7 days
Shock Absorber, Triumph, Berlei, Eurosurgical, Zumbawear, Moving Comfort, 1000 Mile sportswear, are 10-14 days
Falke, Casall, Enell, Dans-ez and Glamorise are 2-3 weeks
If your order is delayed due to an out of stock situation at our suppliers we will contact you as soon as we receive this information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron payments, currently in UK sterling. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the internet. Alternatively you can send a cheque through the post.
Shipping and Handling
Any item in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Any item which is back ordered will usually be shipped within 28 days, but unfortunately delays at our suppliers may affect this time. If there is a delay with your order you will be contacted. If you require your delivery by a certain date, please advise us of this at the time of ordering.
How much is postage and packing?
Postage and packing in the UK is £2.50 second class and £3.50 for first class Royal Mail. If you would like a guaranteed next day delivery service we also offer Special Delivery at £7.50 - this is only available on items in stock at the time of ordering.
International parcels go via air mail. This is £5.00 for Europe and the rest of the world.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If the button says "buy now" when you have selected the size and colour it is available for immediate dispatch. If it says "order now" we are awaiting a delivery of that item - expected delivery dates vary by brand and are listed above. If you want something quicker, try selecting another colour. LessBounce do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping bag once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
LessBounce conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998
LessBounce have a no quibbles returns policy, we request 28 days, but if the item was a gift we are happy to deal with returns beyond this period. Items can be returned from the UK via our FREEPOST address. Most international customers can use our international freepost returns service. All items returned in the condition they were received with the labels still attached can be exchanged or refunded. If an item is faulty we will also refund or exchange provided it is accompanied by a letter detailing the nature of the fault and number of times worn - we will forward this to the supplier.
How do you return an item?
Each item comes with an order summary. Half way down are details how to return an item. You can use the freepost label on the bottom. If you are returning internationally please use the international freepost returns label that will have been included with your order.
How do I know if an item fits correctly?
A sports bra should fit snugly with no bulges or gapes. You should not be able to fit more than one finger under the band or in the cup. If you are unsure please telephone us in the office.
The coupon code I have doesn’t work?
Coupon codes automatically expire at the end of the year. If you have received a coupon code from 1st January 2013 it should work just fine – please check you are using capital letters. If you are a club and previously had a code we can reactivate it for you - please just let us know. Any queries please email us: email@example.com
I can't find where to put the discount code?
On the first page of checkout, right at the bottom of the page on the left hand side there is a discount code box - you need to enter the code there, before proceeding to checkout. Please note we cannot apply discount codes to orders once they have been processed at the full price.
