I'm a keen gym bunny, love running for charity & wear a 34GG/32H. I was sceptical that a bra that size could really do the job, but it does!! I haven't needed to put on a second sports bra/top in the gym since and I don't even notice I'm wearing it as the bra is that comfy and the bounce so minimal.
The sports bra is very supportive and comfortable. The most support I have had out of any sports bra.
I have 3...I guess it pretty much tels the story. They are confortable and very very well made.No shafing, no shoulder pain. One of them is over 1 year old and was worn/wash almost everyday for jogging.

I am a 40D and usually find it difficult to get a sports bra with adequate support. This is a fantastic sports bra for spinning, areobics, running and gym work. I wouldn't use anything else now.
I've always found Shock Absobers to be the most supportive of all the sports bras but even as a 34 B, had still worn a top with built in support to eliminate 'bounce'. This new shock absorber provides such great support it's fine on its own so I can now wear any top for running.

I had to go up a cup size from my usual Shock Absorber bra size, as I found there's a tendency for 'spillage', and there's probably scope for increase again, so be wary...
I bought this bra in size 30C in lovely bright red. The fit is perfect and there is no chafing whatsoever, even during my 19 mile long runs (I'm in marathon training). Great service and a fab choice of sizes from Less Bounce!

I am currently serving in Iraq and a sports bra is an essential piece of kit, especially when you wear a 36GG. For the first time in many years I am able to run wearing just one bra and be comfortable.
I have recently had breast surgery and am now getting back to excercise and this bra gives the best support. I couldnt excercise without it.
Positives; provides a good hold, though I still need and extra support from second bra/support top. It dries quickly, and is comfortable.
Negatives; I am not sure about the curved seams running down the front of the cups; these show through nomral t-shirts. Another reason for a stout training top.

I need a lot of support when running, I'm a 36 ff and that's exactly what this bra does, there's very little movement. Unlike other people, I didn't have any trouble with the back fastenings! It really is a good bra.
Felt well supported in this bra though getting the upper clasp open or closed is tricky
I have found Shock Absorber bras to be the best fit for my shape. They seem good for the larger figure! The only draw back with this style is the double fastening, which can be a bit tricky to do up.
I have a large bust and run regularly. I find this a supportive and comfortable bra that definitely gives less bounce. I find it impossible to do up the top hook but can undo it with little problem. The shoulder straps are good and it washes well
I use it for running and it's a really good product. We can wear it also as a top when it's sunny.
I love this bra & can't recommend it enough! I'm a marathon runner & it certainly keeps me in place without any chafing whatsover! I like it so much I've bought it in different colours to match my kit!
This is comfortable and reasonably easy to get on once you get used to the 2 level back fastenings. I still found some bounce when running but it is comfortable and straps don't rub if you adjust them right.
I bought this after having a baby, i was a c cup but now an f! Due to breast feeding. I ride horses and wanted some good support and it does just that! Very comfortable. Only prob i find is that i cant do up the top fastening so difficult to put on when im on my own need husbands help!
But a bit complicated to get on!
Really good fit for a 34B Difficult to do up with arthritic hands but doing up at front and twisting around seems to work ok, if a little tight.
We could do with some more front closing bras.

Barely any movement at all for this 34Dd girl,& no chafing!It also looks better than the top-performing one I'm used to.
I like the look of this bra, especially the back (as well as the back of another Shock Absorber-Run sports bra) and the bright color. During the workout everything stays in place. There are only 2 drawbacks- it takes a lot of time to dry and uncomfortable to put on because of the double fastening
Holds everything in place but difficult to fasten - there are two back fasteners and the top one is out of reach when reaching behind my back so have to fasten at the front and then wriggle it into place! Worth it, once it is on.
This is the best running bra I've found and have been wearing it for 5 years. I really prefer the new double fastenings too, much easier to get out of when I can't feel my hands after a cold run! I do get a bit of rubbing at the back sometimes, but Vaseline helps with this.

I didn't quite order the 'best' size for me - that being said it still fits fantastic. Holds me in very very tight which I love. Thank you for shipping to Australia. I can't find anything like this in stores here.
Not quite as supportive as the Enell which is what I usually wear running and the double set of hooks at the back are difficult to do up as there is a lot of chest for the material to go round! However once it is on, it is lovely and comfortable and does give a better profile than the Enell.
This bra gives good support but I was a little disappointed that the cups weren't more defined, maybe that's because it's not underwired but feel more compressed than my underwired sports bra.
Another good bra from shock absorber. Strangely this one is slightly larger than same size version in black
30G cup. Not found anything else that does the job quite as well for running, though like all sports bras, they never quite contain the upward jiggle...
As for other reviews, great for running supports my 36E well, but upper hooks can take some fastening, although I just fasten it like a normal bra by doing the hooks up in front of me then moving the bra to the right position afterwards, saves on pulling any muscles in my arm
Only issues would be that I find the underneath part digs in a bit and not because it is too tight...maybe its a bit thin where it is tightest? Also need shorter straps as at the end and its new but I often find this with bras (have sloping shoulders)
This is a really comfortable sports bra but I don't feel as well supported in it for running as I do in the B5044 or the Enell. It doesn't have enough coverage for the larger chest for really bouncy long runs!

Good support and great comfort even on longer runs. Only niggle - I find it quite difficult to undo.
Sorts out up and down bounce but doesn't do much for the side to side. So it suits most sports but not boxing type where you're changing shoulders, basically. Still, it's the best one I've owned so far.

I find this bra comfortable for long runs and speed work - I forget I am wearing it. Bounce is minimal. I love the colours in this range. I do find the top fastening tricky to do up (so I have to fasten this and pull over my head)
I have a pair of the ocean ones and one black one and oddly the black one seems to have a bit more "give". I find the straps comfy and bounce is definitely reduced. I've only marked them down as some stitching came undone but it was minor.
Delighted with performance as a running bra (32DD).
I'm a bit worried about the hooks of the fasteners. They bend very easily and I keep having to bend them back into the right shape. No doubt my fault for putting this bra in the washing machine.
I must remember to use a washing bag.
Hi I have two of these bras and they are the best that are currently available in a 36HH. Hopefully Shockabsorber will extend the sizes of their other firm support sports bras.
This sports Bra really does work. I box twice a week andso far this bra has lived up to qwhat it said it would do.
It does feel tight when you fiorst wear it but as you work out, you suddenly realise there is no movement which is GREAT !!!

this is an excellent sports bra and i wear it loads my only critisism is that i prefer a wider underband as this one is a bit thin and digs in slightly, also there is not much room to shorten the straps further.(30F but bought 30E- more support)
This is a very comfortable, great fitting, no-bounce bra and it does exactly what it says on the tin. I've worn this for hill runs to treadmill and it performs well. Downside is it's a bit of a wriggle to get into and difficult to fasten and when a bit sweaty, rolls up on removal. It's worth it tho.
This bra works perfectly for real high impact stuff like running! Really holds you in place! It could look a little better and it gives you a bit of a 1950's pointy look, but that is only a minor point and could be because I'm so used to wearing padded bras on a daily basis!! Excellent bra!

Love the colour of this and the fact that it fits beautifully. It keeps my 34G bosom under control when I run - pretty impressive! The double strap at the back is surprisingly comfortable though it felt a little odd at first! I will definitely be getting another!!
Good, supportive bra for larger bust. I wear it for running, cycling, skiing and walking and fine. Would say that it is on the tight side compared with other bras I have of that size so if you're between sizes go with the larger one.
At last a really supportive sports bra for those of us with narrow backs and large bust.

Although this bra gives less support than the Shock Absorber B109 High Exertion, it looks much nicer and you can use it as a bikini top. Fine for sports like volleyball and tennis, but would not recommend for running. The cross back and colours are great.
After Nike stopped making the only bra I didn't bounce in, this is about as close as it gets. I like how this bra fits, how it wears, and that I can wear it without a top over it. Love the color combinations too!! I'm a G to GG cup and find that with this bra the GG gives me better support. I own 5!

Best running bra I have worn. This is one of three I have purchsed. The raspberry and peach and the plain white wash great but I have found the white trim on this bra to discolour after the first wash so slightly disappointed.
Use this bra at the gym and for aerobics, there really is minimal movement. I end up wearing this bra around the house and its just so comfortable!
This is my second Shock Absorber bra. They are the best! My only complaint about this particular model is that it's kind of hard to get off after a hard workout, but for the support and comfort you get, it's well worth it.
Wore it for the first time today. A bit fiddly to put on but feels comfortable and secure while running.
The bra itself in one of the best. But the material used on the trim is too hard, it ruins shirts during long runs. So buy a black or a white bra, not the raspberry/peach!

I have now used this bra a few times and I like it. It seems pretty supportive (I'm a 32FF) and is certainly the best of all the many I've tried. It has adjustable straps, makes a good shape and is a great colour. I'm thinking about getting another one, perhaps in a different colour, for variety!
This is a great bra for running in. The straps stay in place, it keeps bouncing to a minimum and its comfortable for long runs (2+hrs)

normal shock absorbers didn't quite work for me..... but this one's great - a 36G runner.... good support AND it doesn't chafe. Pretty colour makes a nice change from black and beige too. Thanks shock absorber! (now make a tri-suit please!)

Well fitting bra and there really is no movement in the chest area. Although well fitting, you still have the full range of movement and don't feel as though you can't breathe in properly.
This is a good bra that is suitable for a bigger bust. I would not go running for long distances in it with out another bra over it, as its not the most supportive bra, but its good for plodding along on short distances.
I found this sports bra quite average really, i find it doesnt support me fully and i dont particularly like running with it on as there is still a lot of movement. I also find the bra straps dont stay in the tight position, they slide down. Have had better bra's than this one

I've had this bra earlier in different colours and sizes and it's a good staple bra for different kinds of exercise. I do like the new model N109 even more, but this goes fine if the exercise I'm doing doesn't include a lot of jumping. Keeps my 32F's in check.
a nice looking sports bra which I use in the gym but for high impact sports I still find that wearing a combination of 2 sports bras is more effective. One of the clasps also came off after the first use.

Really nice bra but sadly had to return as the cups were too 'shaped' for my 34A's and were slightly too big.
i found this bra a to be a bit smaller than the other types i had bougtht in the same size. It is though very good support for us bouncier girls, but i find that the "more supportive" material makes it harder to put on and fasten too. With a bit of patience and persiverence it does a good job.
This bra gives fantastic support (34F)but as I have run further distances it has started to rub me very badly, I now seem to have 2 permanent scars at the top of my chest. I am constantly ordering new sports bras but think I will now move onto seamless and just hope these have the support I need!

I dance 5 times a week high impact aerobics and circuit training I didn't find this bra supportive enough for this.
While this bra does minimize bounce it does so with the squishy boob effect. I also found the sizing to be inconsistent among colors. The 32F in ocean was perfect, but I could barely squeeze myself into the purple of the same size. I find the Freya bra offers the same support with out squish.
The shock absorber is perfect for us bigger girls who run! Everything stays put, no sore patches under the boobs, no shoulder pain on longer runs and basically I can forget them for once!
AND you still look like a girl!

I bought this bra as I am breastfeeding and wanted as much support as possible so I can get back into running. It is comfortable and loooks good but I found it wasn't as supportive as I had hoped and I still need to wear a second sports bra on top!
I'm a 34D, but that size, while seeming to fit perfectly when trying on, resulted in uncomfortable bounce while running. Tried a 32D instead, which was better, though still not as good as Champion Action Shape IMO (though lots better looking). And you have to be a contortionist to get it on and off!
I found that this bra offered excellent support (32D) but the band under the bust usually causes chaffing when running for more than about 30 minutes. Vaseline essential!
This is not as supportive as the Tr-Action Extreme Sports Bra! By about the 3rd/4th time I wore the shock absorber there was a lot of bounce! There is very little bounce withTri-Action! Also, make sure your sports bra is one size less than your normal bra size - it is much more supportive!
I brought this bra because the Champion Action Shape were out of stock.I found the bra offers good support (I do a lot of long distance running). It is not as adjustable as the Action Shape and more difficult to put on as it requires pulling over your head and then twisting round to do the catch up.
I found it unsuitbale as it there was no separation in the front which is not good for large busts
I thought this would be good enough to run in, being a level 4, but any distance greater than 5 miles and I got terrible abrasions on the inside and under side of each breast. Not very nice.
Lovely bra for anything else though but as I bought it to run in, I was very disappointed.
My 2nd B4490, hoped it might do better, just as disappointed this time. Bras are NOT colour fast and however cool you wash them the white trim will not stay that way, resulting in a very old, grubby looking bra even after the first wash. As a fitness instructor I can't wear this for work now.
Like the feel of it when I put it on but it doesn't do the job of keeping my 32C from bouncing.

This would be great for hi-impact but does add pressure to your chest. It made me feel a bit ill wearing it. So try before you buy.
Difficult to fasten the upper fastner high up the back so not convenient though pretty and comfortable. My 34dds still bounce so I strap them down with a bandage for long runs - doesn't that defeat the object. I must have extra bouncy boobs or something!
Just SQUASHES everything into one big flat boob. Size 34f, so a lot to squash! Not easy to fasten. Not particularly comfortable. Had to remove after half an hour. Wish I'd sent it straight back! Used for horse riding. Prefer my old B109
I don't understand why this is so popular. The strange hook arrangement (with extra hooks between your shoulderblades) is awkward, and most importantly, when I run or jump my 34HH bust bounces painfully. Buy the Enell instead!
I bought the bra to go under my racing back sports top and unfortunately find myself trying to adjust my boobs so that the bra doesnt look so "lumpy" on the outside. As a result, I have only worn the bra once.
I love my 1 fastener B4490 but this latest 2 fastener is really uncomfortable in that it's wider than the other style around the back cutout and doesn't sit between my shoulder blades, rather it sits on them. I can't wear my most recent purchase. Smaller backs/cup sizes need a narrow racerback.
I was looking forward to receiving this colour and after ordering was told it was not available in my size anymore. I wish that I could've saved the time it took to order it if it wasn't available anyway...
for me, this bra doesn't work for running, my size 36d's still bounce. odlo high ultimate fit is much better.
I had to send this bra back - the straps are not adjustable and, being quite tall, it just wasn't long enough. I couldn't get it on, so can't comment on the support.
Wrong size was sent AGAIN!! not very happy about your range of sizes I take a J cup, size 34/36 very few to choose from.
I was professionally fitted into this bra - 36H - and wore it for a 9 mile run. Straps dug into my shoulders and rubbed raw, under the bust rubbed, lower clasp rubbed leaving a nasty mark and scab, sides (under arms) rubbed raw - very painful. Will not recommend this unfit for purpose bra.
I'm training for a marathon and was despairing that I would ever get adequate support for my 36G bust. Not reviewed this bra until I've used it for a while. It's brilliant, supports and holds my big boys in check after many washes and doesn't make them look like a big tyre.
This bra was absolutely no good at all, worn for a Body Combat class and it did not give nearly enough support. Totally not recommended.

It might be great for all I know, but I couldn't put it on without my husband's help, so pretty useless as far as I'm concerned. I love my old Shock Absorbers but the new 2-hook opening means that it's impossible for me to do it up!

I have been tempted to try out other bras(which i'm sure are good ) but cant seen to tear myself away from my shock absorber in kingfisher/teal colour. Great support during high intensity sports.Will be buying more!
Being a smaller size, I was stuggling to find a sports bra that gave enough cup support. However, this one is excellent and I would definitely buy the same again. Recommended.

I love this bra too! I also use it for running and horseriding and not a bounce in sight. No chafing either. They last really well too; I know it's recommended you replace every 6 months or so but I've had a couple of my bras for much longer and they're still as effective.
I have bought the Champion Action Shape for years and loved it but supply problems meant I had to be brave and try a new bra - and I love this one! This bra is fantastic, I have up until now been completely happy with the B109, and bought this for a change. The support is excellent and the racer back ensures that the straps don't move when you are running. I run between 3/4 times a week and desperately need another one!!!

I've bought these bras previously, as they give excellent support for the fuller figure, however I have found that the hooks are not as strong as on earlier purchases, and they have either broken or buckled after quite a short time. This review would have been a 5 if i hadn't encountered this issue

Good but I would suggest taking 2 things into account - it's definitely at the neater end of the size scale and it shrinks a fair bit in the wash.
I found the sizing to be smaller that other bras of the same size.

I've never worn a bra like this before, with two fastenings so I was a bit dubious when it arrived. I should not have worried. It is amazing - so comfortable and it does exactly what it's meant to do. Only tricky bit is undoing the top fastening without swinging it round but that's nothing !

My favourite sports bra on the market. I bought my 1st one a number of years ago & have never worn anything other type since & just recently bought my latest one, again from LessBouce. I play hockey & I run so require good support which this product gives.
This Bra is excellent. I am very top heavy and when i jog or run, they used to hurt when they bounce, but now with the Shock Absorber, No More Pain. It does exactly what it says. A must buy for any Big Busted Woman

Just returning to aerobics, zumba and running after having my second daughter. This is a fantastic bra, supporting you in all the right places and really comfortable - great for high impact exercise (including riding). Extra cushioning on shoulders and under bust - highly recommend.

These bras are really comfy and supportive. I run, do curcuit training and play badminton in mine and wearing this bra provides good support, with no discomfort. A great bra at a good price!

I wear the 40F in the Shock Absorber bra. I find that once it's on, nothing moves. I can run, do any activity in a bootcamp session, but there is no bounce. Nothing else I've tried comes close to what this bra does.
As a larger size the extra support without wires is fantastic.
For the first time in my life I can run without having 2 bras on. I am a 34DD. It fits beautifully and works great as an everyday reduction bra if you are heavy chested like myself. Shock absorbers are excellent quality and easy to clean.
I have just started going to Zumba classes and needed a very supportive bra. I have tried about 6 different types of sports bras and having a large chest, none of them seemed to work. Until I tried on a shock absorber. It is absolutely fantastic, nothing moves, brilliant. Would recommend
I've found this Shock Absorber so comfortable compared to the older style. It's pretty small in the back - the 30" was too small to even do up so I wear a 32" on the tightest hook. You have to be pretty supple to do up the top fastening but even so I'll give this 5 stars

I am size 34 c and I was just wondering whether I should get my usual size or get 36c because I've read a couple of reviews saying that the band in the rib cage is tight.
I would suggest checking your underbust measurement and using the chart on our site for guidance
This is the second sports bra that I have had. I play netball and the comfort and support it gives is great. The colours are really jazzy too.
It really is the best support bra I've ever owned - it takes the stress and worry out of exercise. I am no longer worried about my boobs bobbing up and down and I can concentrate on burning those calories!
But make sure you buy a size bigger and cup size bigger!
Best bra I have ever worn. Fully supports my 40b chest during cardio, weights and boxing. Also comfortable, supportive and soft enough for Pilates. Highly recommended.

HAVE THIS BRA TOP IN BLUE AND CORAL. LOT S OF HORSE RIDING AND COMPETING ALL SUMMER SO COMFORTABLE AND DOES THE JOB ITS DESIGNED FOR.
Comfortable, supportive and washes really well. I am a 32F cup, and have found no other bra like it. Have even converted several girls in the office to the style.
Love Shock Absorber anyway, but reckon this is the best yet. No monoboob, but decent shape, and suitable for high impact stuff.
It survived the bounce test really well. Running in it was great and I even survived PMS boobs. However after a few washes, it 'settled in' which left me with a lot of extra material at the sides. Realised that I had ordered the wrong size (happened before). But I've sold it to my sis who LOVES it!!
I've started doing lots of exercise, including 3 aerobics classes and 2 zumba classes a week. In my aerobics I can now do jumping jacks, but found that my current sports bra was not supportive enough for my 38D size. I bought this bra on the advice of my aerobics instructor and am extremely pleased
Very comfy, easy to get on and off (No struggling or wriggling necessary) - good value for money and a lovely colour.
I wear this bra (32F) for cycling, walking and Zumba classes-very multifunctional. It really is extremely supportive, but I had to up my cup size to an F so I didn't 'pop out the top!'. It is also a great colour, and looks and feels like a crop top-a real all round winner for me.
I found this sports bra to be extremely comfortable and snug, with little movement while running. Would definitely recommend.
I have bought my daughter every colour in the shock absorber range as she loves the colours and the quality. She is an E cup and they support her wonderfully. I would highly recommend them
2nd one I've bought as so impressed. I run and do martial arts and no bouncing is great!Only drawback is getting it on but you get use to it and it's worth the effort.
This is my alternative to the run bra, I use it for everything and I love the colours!
holds everything in place, I don't feel the slightest bump or jolt when i'm on my mountain bike. Holds everything snuggly in place when jogging, I would recomend it to anyone with a large cup size. In the past I haven't got on with shock absorber bras, but this one has won me over!!

This is the second one I've bought of these. They are definitely the best for support I've owned. I play hockey and I'm a 34E and it's extremely comfortable. Bit of a feat to get it on but I'm getting the hang of it ! Highly recommended

I can't believe I've finally found a sports bra that fits and does what it says it can. I've recently taken up running at the grand age of 48 nad thought nothing would stop the bounce but this bra has.

I need a good sturdy bra that has to be comfortable enough for runs lasting up to 2 hours. This bra is perfect, it holds me firmly yet comfortable and doesn't move or chaff. I get no bounce yet my shape still looks good. I recommend this for all runners or very high impact sports.

Fab bra, there really is no movement! I am a first time runner, never bothered before because of the issues with a larger chest. Now happily training for my first 10k. Would recommend without question!

Comfortable, great support and virtually no bounce . Good loooking sports Bra. (I am a size 34F and usually have to waer 2 sports Bras for jogging - but not with this Bra.). The only difficulty is doing up the top hook at the back - but well worth the hassle.

I have tried many different types/brands of sports/running bras and this is the best by far hardly any movement and im a 34dd i have previously had lots of problems with other brands will definately buy again.
I'm currently training for a marathon so do loads of running and I've not found anything to compare to the Shock Absorber range.
I love the colour of this one and the fit is great.
I've not had a double fastener one before but the extra flexibility this allows for is a bonus

I buy my daughter Shock Absorber B4490 range 32E every birthday and christmas and she loves them as they look good in the gym, they are fab colours(could do with more colours) and they do their job well
This is the best sports bra I have tried so far. I wear a 40E and it is the best I have encountered for reducing bounce and preventing the discomfort that goes with it. I can do an hour of boot camp in this and not be distracted by discomfort in my chest. Michele

I've tried many sports bras & haven't found a better one than this. Lovely colours, looks good, comfortable & lifts & supports rather than squashes you flat. Even better now it has 2 hooks so you don't have to pull it over your head. You can run, jump, do headstands, anything & you stay in place.
This bra is fantastic. I am able to take part in high impact exercise classes with no embarrassing wobbles! I am no longer self concious and can enjoy my classes instead of worrying whether people are looking at my big, bouncing boobs!!
As a 34G, this is the only bra I have found that both fits and can be worn alone (without a shirt over it) in the hot room.
I am a 34D and the B4490 is the best sports bra I have owned. I do alot of running and high impact exercise and I have barely any movement in the chest area (it also looks good). My only whinge is that the newer version has 2 sets of hooks - top and bottom which makes it a little hard to get on.
This is my third B4490 bra and I was not disappointed. It provides excellent support, looks good and is very comfortable to wear. Whoever designed this bra deserves a medal!
I've tried loads of other sports bras and this is the best so far. I do end up with a bit of "squash" in the middle of my chest, but in terms of supportiveness and holding my boobs in place, it's the best I've found :)
I'm really pleased, it looks great and really stops excess movement so I don't feel like a freak on the treadmill. I have the blue one too adn would buy another colour if available.

I bought this bra for support and I was not disappointed. I spin and do combat very day and i get total support wearing this bra. I am a 36G so need the support. Very happy with delivery also.
Being a large chested aerobic/step instructor (40F) I need a good supporting bra that washes easily and doesn't lose support quickly - this bra does just that. Plus it doesn't squash or mis-shape your chest so you can still wear close fitting tops. Thanks Less Bounce you always deliver. Anne

Very snug & comfortanble. Felt almost too tight at first around the chest band (I'm 32A), but soon got used to it.
i have bought a 40GG i do 30mins on the cross trainer and no movement at all. it is comfy, washes well and i will defo be ordering another. GO GO SHOCK ABSORBER.
As with all level 4 shock absorbers, this bra gave very good support. As another user pointed out, you either need help with the upper fastener, or you have to pull it over your head with that one already done up!
I teach Zumba Fitness where there is a lot of dancing as well as jumping fitness moves. I have no worries ever about pumping out my chest pops! Love this bra!
Have spent years looking for a bra that would support me while I dance. Finally found one in this bra infact I now have 2. I no longer bounce, have to worry about checking my boobs falling out of my leotards, I love the the way it does up. The comfort is great I'm a f cup and use bra 6 days a week.

I'm a fan! I really didn't think sports bras came in my size until I was shown the Shock Absorber at the Lessbounce stall at the Vitality Show. It truly lives up to its name and I am now able to do more high impact aerobics which in turn has helped me shed 2 stone in weight and drop 2 dress sizes.
Really love this one - but especially because of the colour. Can whip off my T shirt in the car park post run and not look like I'm wearing a medical support (like big-cup bras in white or beige do). This bra makes my fellow runners envious of my 34F's.

It took me a while to find the right size, but once it fits it's perfect. Very comfortable, great support. I wear this for everything from hillwalking to horseriding and love it. Also, it looks a lot nicer than some others out there so can be worn on its own.

This bra does exactly what you need a good sports bra to do. And as I'm a size 38G, that's pretty important! It's really feel comfortable, keeps things exactly where they should be (without restricting breathing!) and looks great too. I've got it in 6 different colours now and love them all!
this is the best bra I have ever tried for riding my super bouncy pony, I can even do a sitting trot in it without my boobs moving at all (even though I bounce around a bit myself when she really gets going!). If you ride horses/ponies this is the bra for you.

Trampolining is always a tough test and lev 4 Shockabsorbers have always worked for me. The different colours & styles are a big plus.
Weight loss means I need to order smaller ones soon (38f to 36e or maybe dd)...maybe there will be another new colour to buy by then!
I am a 32FF and usually wear the Triump - I have to say this bra is Fantastic, I run in it - no bounce, I street dance minimal movement, I Zumba - Fantastic - it does not squish them down but supports them very comfortably. I HIGHLY recommend this bra

A sports bra that does what it says it will! I've started training for a half marathon and was previously wearing two Minimal Bounce tops which still wasn't enough to stop the jiggling (and potential black eyes), but this top does the business.
When you go running, there are certain things you don't want bouncing around in front of you. Large Rottweilers aside, this bra will sort you out. You'll be back for more!

More comfortable than some sports bras I've had in the past. Not so tight as to restrict breathing which is so important when running fast and far. Very good support for the larger cup, little movement and nice design too.

Just what I need, gives very good support since breast surgery. Now able to do some sport activities without discomfort.
I now own a few of these. I find them comfortable and supportive, such that I can concentrate on running, walking, cycling, or working in the gym. I like being able to wear them both on their own, or under a T-shirt.

Used this bra through all my long training runs - have had reconstructive surgery following breast cancer and this gives fab support for running .
Best sports bra I have owned by a country mile, or even a marathon! I'm a 32DD. Bottom band is quite tight fitting, but have tried it in a 34D and it's not as supportive. The top fastener is impossible to do up unless you are very flexible - has to be done up before wrestling it on.

i bought this as the panache hi-impact is no longer available, and i am very happy with it! lt's comfortable and very supportive. The racer back style is great for when i go clay shooting as the straps never slip. i will most definately be buying more of these bras.
I run about 20-30miles a week and have H cup bras...this bra is perfect and reduces/stops all movement. I have never had chaffing since using this product and will not buy other brands now as this is so comfortable

I've always worn Shock absorber bras when I'm running and they are still the very best you can buy. Please everyone remember the only reason for NOT wearing a fully supportive sports bras is if you are a boy!!
I had seen the reviews on this product but still wasn't 100% convined it would really be able to keep everything bounce free. However it really does! It's really comfy and stops nearly all bounce.It could easily be worn as a cropped top in the gym or when running as it doesn't look like a bra.
This is an excellent bra for running and very suitable for long distance running. It is the best running bra I have found together with the new B5044 run sports bra, which I can also highly recommend.
I'm really pleased with the support this sports bra provides for high-impact training. Unfortunately, it is a little bit tricky to put it on, and I wish it was possible to tighten the shoulder straps a bit more. But overall, the best bra I have found so far!

Ordered a 30DD, normal bra size 30F, as I like to be well tied down! Eventing full time means riding a lot day in day out and I don't move an inch all day. I'm competing regularly and it's worn all the time, and it's not wearing as quickly as my other bra's have. Definately recommend!

This is soft, supportive and doesn't cut into your underarms as some do. First time out no problems and it is easy to get on and off. Similar to shockjock brand but this one is size specific. (size 36DD and growing!)

The first style of high impact bra I can run in on its own, used to have to wear two to feel secure in the boobs area. The limited edition coulors means I have a variety to choose from too. Keep them coming please.
It was my first ever sports bra and I just could not get better. the size and fitting was perfect and it gives loads of support while running. I'm considering to buy another one now but in different coulour :)

I've just started running, although not in the snow!! The bra was exactly what I'd hoped it would be, very supportive.
I'm 30FF and do need a good quality sports bra for aerobics, I also want to avoid a high 'racer' back as that puts too much pressure on my neck, and I want something that is attractive. This bra meets all those requirements. Great service, too.

This is the best sports bra I've ever had. Feels like there is zero movement of my 30f. It looks pretty nice too. I wear it running and playing netball. I'd highly recommend.
I have started to train for the Edinburgh Marathon and found running uncomfortable before. With this new bra I feel no discomfort and can concentrate on the most important thing...running!

This is a fantastic sports bra ideal for any high impact sport, I wear it for running, combat, aerobics, well any sport really. Washes really well and is a great colour that can be worn on its own or under a top.

I've always used shock absorber bras as they're great. However not many of the Level 4 are available in smaller sizes. When I saw this in my size and such great colours bought 2 straight away. I run a lot and these are brilliant no bounce, very comfortable and look great. Going to buy 2 more now!
Very much enjoy this bra! It feels tight but comfy, and REALLY reduces the bounce during aerobic workouts. The racer back double fastener works well, but is a little industrial looking for outerwear. The deciding factor for me was the great rasperry/peach colour--hard to find colours in 34DD!
Fits like a glove, wears well and certainly 'less bounce' for those of us with a DD fitting! Wonderful!

The shock absorber is perfect for us bigger girls who run! Everything stays put, no sore patches under the boobs, no shoulder pain on longer runs and basically I can forget them for once!
AND you still look like a girl!

Absolutely brilliant. Was a bit worried at how hard it was to get on first time, but once in place it is very comfortable and provides superb support through the month - can run comfortably even when I am at the stage of the month where my chest is very tender.
This bra is a lovely colour and very supportive. You seriously don't move when wearing it.
This is by far the best bra i've ever used. I am a 38DD and I do lots of high impact activities (rugby and body combat) and i can find no faults at all with this bra.

It does what it is supposed to do. I use it primarily for Horseback riding, and its just Super. After years of seach, I finally found the Bra that does more than it promises and not the other way around.
Bra keeps everything in place. You can hardly feel any movement. Two point back fastener makes everything very secure. Very well manufactured product.
I've been running for 20 years and this is the best bra I have found. And God knows I've tried a lot! Got me through a marathon as well as hard training to improve my speed.
I highly recommend this bra for running. I completed a half marathon with no chafing and the advice to go one up on the cup size was excellent. I'm a 38G and feel supported without my breathing being restricted.
To all those dressage riders our there - BUY THIS BRA! I get no bounce at all (34c) in sitting trot and my horses trot is just enormous (KWPN warmblood - for those in the know - so you can imagine!). Sure it would be amazing for running and aerobics too.
Fantastic support for a 32F. I can safely say best support whilst i'm running, at the gym and playing lacrosse.A girl's best friend!
These are the best sports bras I have been able to find. However, the size and fit can vary between the different colours - I recently ordered one of each of the red, black and raspberry/peach. The latter one felt looser round the back and the cup sizes also felt bigger. Would still recommend.
I am a 32F and this bra gives me great support for running. I will certainly be wearing it in the London Marathon next year.

Ive owned other Shock Absorber sports bras and this tops even those! It can be a little tight on the chest but what choice is there really?? It has to be that way to work! And it really does work. Supportive, comfortable and it looks good too!

I bought this for running, and can honestly say that it is the best ever. Even when you are feeling ultra sensitive (you know what I mean ladies), you can exercise in comfort. It washes brilliantly. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
This bra keeps getting washed, because I can't bare to wear any other! It's very supportive, comfortable and holds everything where it should be!

Tight and difficult to put on the first time, but once you've worked it out, it's fine. Fits brilliantly, nothing moves, it's comfortable and doesn't squash everything flat either, so you still look like a woman!!
I have bought this model for a number of years and it is perfect for all occasions. Ok it's a bit tricky to do up but the support is second to none.
I got the size 30D and it is FANTASTIC. Definitely the best bra I have ever had. I swear my boobs don't MOVE when I'm using that thing, even when doing high impact like jogging! Awesome awesome. AND it's CUTE <3
1st sports bra I've worn after years of 'making do' - but as a 32F in a mixed exercise group just had to do something! Very comfortable and effective. Not at the stage of a friend who says she would like to wear hers all the time. Will try other brands to compare but am now a sports bra convert.
Amazing support & comfort, even when running.
I have one slate/heather and one raspberry/peach, both 38C, and the support is great. My only issue is that the sizing varies slightly (by about 1.5cm) with each different colour, making it hard to get an exact/perfect fit.
I love the support this bra gives me! Keeps the puppies well under wraps! I love the colour too - but can I suggest that you produce a red and white one please? I'm a Tyrone woman and would love to support my county as well as Shock Absorber supports me!!! :-)

I wear this for Voley-ball and tennis. Everything stays in place. Great for confidence and freedom of movement.
I wear this for running, cycling, generally jumping around after my dog. It's brilliant, felt a little tight at first but then forgot about it, super comfy and really works, no bouncing here!
Wasn't sure this was going to be the right support for me to run in (36G) but after a shaky start I love it! Would definately recommend to others.

Love the bra and the colour, even on those "sore boob days" I can still run without discomfort. The only negative thing (and it is minor) is it took me some time to get used to the 2 fasters as I found the top one hard to reach.
I buy this bra every time the limited edition colours come out and wish they did them more often.So much better than black or beige.As a 34g girl nothing beats it for running and aerobics.No chaffing and no bounce.I love it!!!
I am a nursing mom and needed a bra with a lot of support but in a smaller size. Most supportive bras are only in large sizes and I was thrilled when I found this bra in 34B. It is great. No bouncing and very comfortable.
This is a great bra and I would definitely buy another. The colour is gorgeous and it feels feminine, while providing lots of support. My 32FF boobs are kept firmly in place even on the treadmill! Only slight criticism is that it's a bit fiddly to do the top clasp up but you get used to it.
This is without a doubt the best sports bra I've ever had, and I've had quite a few over the last 20 years! I'm a keen runner and I've always found it comfortable and supportive no matter how far the distance, so much so I now have 3 in various colours! Cath 34D

Mine's a 34C and it really does the job.
With a 32H bust jumping and competing on a bouncey little horse, it keeps everything in place! I have a collection of them now and won't get on a horse without one, a real decency saver!
Initially I thought this bra was quite tight, but once I'd started running it was really comfortable and my 36E's weren't going anywhere!. Would definately recommend it.
I absolutely love this bra. I have never had such great support, ever! I love running and now I love it even more. I actually have a couple of these and I wear them almost everyday, it is my favorite bra whether I am working out or not.
Does what it says on the tin! Really pleased with the bra, so much so that I bought two so there was always one out of the wash. Keeps everything in place and barely no movement - much more comfortable. Only criticism is that it can get a bit hot and sticky.

Really pleased with the support this offers, fastens easily as you can do it at the front then turn it round! I got the raspberry and peach colour which is really striking and different, you can also wear it as a top on its own.

I bought this bra for long distance running and I'm really happy with it. I feel secure and supported and would definitely get it again.

I am only a 34D but I still struggle to find a good sports bra. I do alot of running and high intensity workouts and I was a bit wary when it came to a bra without wires but this bra proved to be a winner. No bounce, no rubbing nothing, I absolutely love this bra!

I bought this bra in black with white trim, it is very attractive looking and can be worn with or without a training top over it. It is very lightweight and has seam free lines with smooth material to add to the comfort. VERY supportive and an excellent buy.

I do a lot of running and gym work and this bra is by far the most supportive I've ever had. For 36C I found the initial fit quite tight around the chest - I did measure beforehand - but it doesn't restrict breathing and movement. Great service from LessBounce as usual.
Had heard good things about this bra and it certainly hasn't failed. Being a larger chested lady, I am always looking for a decent bra and this one is fantastic. I bought the red one, and love the colour. No bounce, nothing! Feel so secure, 100% recommend it!

My favourite out of all my sports bras. Really comfy, supportive and I love the colour (red). Once I lose a bit more tummy tub I would definitely wear it as a top by itself as it looks so nice.

I didn't think it was possible to find a bra that fits me, i have a tiny frame with decent sized boobs which is a running anomaly.I raced with it this weekend i didn't even notice the bra, it fits it holds its AMAZING!!

This bra is excellent for jogging, everything stays in place and is really comfortable - the best sports bra ever!
If you have a larger bust and need support this is one of the best looking sports bras on the market and provides support without being painful or cutting into the body. The only thing I would mention is that it can be tricky to fasten at the back.
