Gives good support and you can forget you've got it on. Very breathable for sweaty activities. I bulged out of the cups at the sides which I don't usually do.
Very comfy and perfect for yoga, pilates and suchlike - just don't try to run or dance in it!

Good support for all types of sport. Although a little difficult to put on looks good under clothes or on its own.
After a breast augmentation two years (from a 34B to a 32E) meant I really needed to get an excellent support sports bra. This one ticks all the boxes for running, zumba, body attack, body pump, legs bums & tums, cross trainer, pilates, body balance. still great after at least 20 washes.
This bra really is amazing, very comfortable, you can forget you are wearing it, but it gives really good support. Perfect for things like zumba or aerobics.
