I love this Bra and have bought 3. They are very comfortable and look stylish giving your bust a lovely shape. I have worn mine under normal clothing as they are so comfy. It would have been 5 stars if they were machine washable. I exercise 5 days a week so there is a lot of hand washing!!
I took note of other reviews saying the cup size is small and ordered 32E (normally 34DD) and it fitted perfectly. The straps were a bit wide when worn as a standard bra, but by crossing them over I managed to stop them slipping down my shoulders, and it was really comfy for Combat and Zumba, nice and secure. The blue is a good bright colour. I may well order another in a different colour!
Had to size up a cup size.. I'm size E in this bra. Perfect for running.Virtually no bounce. No chaffing or rubbing. Would be 10/10 if machine washable.
no rubbing or chaffing from seams or straps good shape I am 38D and I would not use it for running as for me the compression was not good enough
A really comfortble bra, that I wear during the day.. in fact on a 26hr day of travelling most recently. I am big boobed (34FF in this bra) and it took 3 attempts to get the sizing right. However it was worth the effort! I wouldn't wear it running, but it is great for all other activity.
I really like this bra. It looks nice on (unusual for my size), feels secure but I get less bounce from my Enell so won't be using this one for running. Love it for other lower impact sports though.
I'm a 32F. This bra is just a bit more stable than a full cup normal bra, to be expected as that's what it is (a reinforced full cup bra). I use it for dancing in place of a normal bra. It's a v.comfortable great everyday bra if you like support or have tender breasts some days.
Great but the underwires on the DD cup are quite long and stick into my armpit
I wouldn't run in it, but it's fine for the gym. And the cup sizes are a bit on the small size - think about ordering a size larger than usual.
Cups & straps look excellent but please also consider using gentler type of underwiring that's available.Also, support & staying in place could be greatly improved by deep (2") elastic underband with small band of elastic webbing between cups and underband.

This bra gives an amazing shape and is great for yoga and walking but even from new I had to wear a second bra for running. You can't machine wash this bra - I did to get it clean and it's come apart and the fabric is so soft there's no support. I will stick to 2 machine washable ones in future.
I love this bra. For best support, cross the straps over. Initially it is a bit of challenge learning how to crawl into it with the straps crossed over, but it is possible and once it is on there is no movement;It keeps your assets close to your chest!
I wear this bra for running and love it. I find it super comfy - it stays in place, no bounce and once on I don't feel it. Highly recommended.
Brilliant bra, design helps to keep control even when horse riding or jogging.. recomend this bra to everyone including the 'bigger' ladies (me included)

It's so great to finally find a bra that I can run in that is actually feminine! It comes up a little small, but that just means it has more of a minimising effect which is great for stopping bounce. The fact that it's seamless too is brilliant if you suffer with nipple chafing from cup seams.
Very comfy and supportive. I like the fact you can change the straps to make it a cross-back and is low-cut enough to wear with normal style tops. It gives you a nice shape too- not squashed in like other sports bras! I wear mine for pole dancing and feel secure even when hanging upside down!
Comfortable, fits perfectly, good looking. I also think it's suitable for sport and every day. Dont't hesitate: buy it and enjoy your new shape.
the first time I worse this bra it rubbed at the side at the end of the wire and I was really disappointed after reading reviews.....but I tried again and it has never done it again! It is now one of my favourite bras!
By far the best running bra I've ever tried. I was a big fan of the Enell for years but the lack of wicking and high neckline prompted me to try the Shockabsorber Run but the strap gave after one wash. The Berlei Run looks great and the support is second to none. I'm a 34E and I love it!
I have done lots of running and used a lot of different sports bras and this is the best bra I have worn. It's very comfortable and supportive, giving no bounce. I will certainly buy this bra again.
I was a bit apprehensive when this bra first arrived as it looked a bit like armour - the ultra sonic welding in the cups! but when I tried it on it fitted perfectly & is so comfortable - no wobble or bounce at all. Perfect!!
It doesn't look like a sports bra but is very supportive and comfortable and means I don't have to change bra when doing sport after the working day.
This is a great bra. I wore it for the London Marathon this year and had absolutely no chaffing, rubbing or bounce!!!! You hardly know you are wearing it. Previous bras have rubbed and been quite uncomfortable but not this one. A great buy !!
The bra fits well, is comfortable and is very supportive for running and aerobics. The best sports bra I have had.
I'm a bit wowed by this sports bra! I haven't bought one for a while and was really disappointed when I realised my favourite was no longer made (Shock Absorber Flexiform). BUT this bra is probably even better! It's seriously comfortable and there is no bounce AT ALL! It also gives lovely shape :
